We love this machine. Prior to this machine we had an expensive high efficiency front loading machine. I hated that machine and couldn't wait until it croaked. This machine uses more water but it cleans clothes. You can't clean clothes without water. Love this direct drive machine. No belts to slip and worry about. I highly recommend this machine.

the large tub is great,the controls in the front are a nice feature,once you get familier with settings the auto sensor feature makes this really easy to use.clothes come out clean ,not sure how,becuase,watching it work thru the glass top it does'nt seam to be doing much.we are very pleased with the lg washer and would recommend this machine

excellent quality washer but does not clean heavy soiled clothes well. 20 year old washer cleaned heavy soiled clothes better.

This is a great product! It has so many features that the clothes almost get done themselves! It is unbelievable how clean the clothes get and how easy the product is to use. There is a setting for all kinds of laundry. The tub is big enough to do comforters as well as blankets. It has cut my weekly wash in half!

I wish that we had replaced our washer sooner. We love our new washer; it saves us tons of money in water because it only fills up enough water based upon the size of the load. Also, it really rinses and spins our clothes more drier than our old top washer. As a result, we don't have to dry our clothes as long as we did with the old dryer. Great warranties - lifetime on the stainless steel tub and 10 year warranty on the motor. I'm very happy!! I'm all about value for my money.

I find that this washing machine requires a lot of attention. Loads never get done in a timely fashion and requires intervention to balance the load regardless of the size. Very disappointed with this appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Features Easy to Use

We purchased this washer 2 months ago, and love everything about it. The only negative comment is that the drum is so deep I have to stand on my tip toes to retrieve the clothes. Wish I were only a couple of inches taller!!
I had hesitations regarding no agitator or control of the water level, but the washer takes care of the water level, and the clothes are clean and spin so dry that it takes less time in the dryer.
I would recommend this washer to anyone.
