I love all the features and cycles it offers and the clothes are clean, fresh smelling and soft when they finish. The only suggestion I would have for LG - the tub is so deep (which is great for large loads) but it is difficult for a shorter person to get the clothes out!! Otherwise - wonderful washing machine

We have had the washer
for 3 days now and have nothing but praise for it. Does an excellent job.Have read the reviews prior to buying and a lot of the review's complained about the washer getting an error code UE showing the load was out of balance, we have put some heavy loads in the washer and it has preformed superbly, apparently a lot of people do not read instructions on how to load a washer, we would highly recommend this washer.

Confusing to seniors.

Takes too long to wash a load. Cannot manually override preset programs. Confusing for seniors.

I purchased this washer over a month ago and I couldn't be happier with this product. It is hands down the best washer I have ever owned. The control panel on top is easy to navigate and you have all kinds of special options and cycles to choose from. I recommend this machine!

Very easy to operate

As a full time caregiver for my wife, I have a lot of laundry to do every day. This washer is everything I could ask for. It cleans all the laundry super clean. The tub is huge at 4.3 cubic ft. It spins the clothes really well, so they are damp, not wet going in the dryer.
I really like this product a lot.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this washer. I've been using it for a few months now and have run into no problems whatsoever with any size load. I couldn't be more pleased. My experience has been excellent just like most other reviewers report. I have had a few questions about the settings, but have found it easy to get the answers. I have appreciated the occasional helpful tips LG emails me, such as explanations on the difference between tap cold, cold, eco-warm, and warm.
