I did a lot of research before purchasing this washer. I've been using it for a few months now and have run into no problems whatsoever with any size load. I couldn't be more pleased. My experience has been excellent just like most other reviewers report. I have had a few questions about the settings, but have found it easy to get the answers. I have appreciated the occasional helpful tips LG emails me, such as explanations on the difference between tap cold, cold, eco-warm, and warm.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use

Love the machine large tub quite

Love the machine large tub quite, it could be hard to unload for a shorter person, might need a stool. Seems to wash great and quite..... very easy control panel. Like the style

What a great washer. The drum is cavernous, and there are setting for anything you could want to wash. The energy-savings rating is fantastic. It will do stuff with cold water that other machines can't. When you put your load in, it spends a few minutes twisting the drum back and forth to judge the size of the load. It uses just anough water to wash the clothes, and that can be a bit scary at first..you think stuff won't get clean in a few inches of water, but the impeller really works the clothes (gently) like an old-time washboard!
Pros: Performance, Features/Settings, Quality, energy saving

Love how much room is in this washer. I don't think I will ever have enough laundry to fill it. It is extremely easy to operate. It has many features I haven't explored yet. The cute song is nice, but sometimes I miss it b/c it's so quiet. Thankfully I know around about what time it will be done as soon as I load it since it counts down for me. I am amazed at how well the deodorant stains were removed from my black shirts. My last washing machine never touched them. I simply turned the shirts in inside out and they were gone at the end of the cycle. I truly love washing clothes now to see how well it can clean my clothes.

I have had this washer a few months and it does a great job cleaning my clothes. I especially like the high speed spin because my clothes don't take long to dry.

water saver

This washer replaces our 23-year-old appliance. What a difference in all respects. I love the clean design, wash options and large capacity--although I need kitchen tongs to reach small items on the bottom! Our water bills are high, so I appreciate the low water feature. I look forward to many years of service.

Problems with Spin cycle

Overall this is a very good washer. But the spin cycle is too high for my liking. I like a low spin cycle but whenever I select a low spin cycle it jumps to medium, especially with speed wash. The low setting for delicates is too high and I have to turn it off before it finishes. This is too harsh on my clothes.
