Excellent Washer

I can fit a lot of clothes in one wash, the tub is very big that you can fit big items in here. The washer cleans great and I love having the controls right in front and not at the back of the washer.

Love the washer, easy to use features, great load capacity. Only downfall is hard to reach clothes in bottom of basket. Cleans wonderfully.

Make sure it is level

I don't typically provide reviews, but thought this could be helpful to others. I, as well as many other who have posted on the internet, have had a problem with constantly occurring unbalanced loads. Guidance by the manufacture with regard to load size, item distribution and fabric density was laughable and useless. Then I found a note on the web recommending I re-level the washer. Although it was only a hair out of level, fixing it did the trick, reducing out of balance issues by about 90 percent.

LG puts the "make" in it's Products

What a pleasure to use. Clothes come out crisp and clean - almost dry. Keypad is a breeze to use. Quiet and vibration free - second floor installation. End of cycle chimes are a welcome change from the harsh buzzers of yesteryear.
This firm appears to have a design and manufacture philosophy of adding make and value to its products. Not just the washer and dryer I purchased but across the product line. A long term win for their customers and LG.

I've been talking my friends ears off about my new washer! I feel like I died in the 1800's and came back to life now! I can't believe that the washer weighs the clothes and then puts in the correct amount of water! How efficient is that? I love the fact that this company is conscious of the environment. It really shows and I appreciate that. I'm a customer for life!
