clothes tangle so much hard to untie

Great look, love design. And all the cycle options. It smells clean and aired with the door vent. Soak cycle is used often to get those stains out
But the clothes are so tangled. They seem clean but the pull on the fabric is horrid.

LG Washer & Gas Dryer are amazing

We custom built our home 30 years ago and as part of our plan insulated the walls of our laundry room because of the noise our old washer and dryer produced. Now, with our first LG products in our laundry room, we have to open the door to the room to know for sure if the machines are running! Both are extremely quiet, but that's only a small part of the story. The front panel location of the controls, the ability to automatically balance the wash load, the high-speed spin that comes very close to drying the clothes almost completely, well, what more can we say other than AMAZING! What's really important in the end is that our clothes come out clean and undamaged. No more shirt sleeves tied in knots or holes in the fabric that mysteriously appeared out of nowhere. And one more thing, we were lucky enough to time our purchase just right to cash in on a sale price that was too good to pass up. Thank you, LG, for making life at our house a little bit better!

Quiet and very easy to operate

I love this washer!! Have only had for a few months, but it has been awesome. The loads can take a little longer, but it uses much less water. Have not had any issues to date with any of our LG products...we love LG!
