Sorry we bought this machine

Wow, after reading all the reviews at different sources, I believed this would be the best washing machine ever. Wrong! It gets out of balance so often that I can't leave the immediate area so I can stop it from refilling to try to balance. Clothes are not getting as clean as my old front loader (I'm using same detergent). More lint in the dryer means that clothes are wearing out more. And I'm normal height and still have problems reaching small things from the bottom.
This big investment will be in our future for a long time unfortunately.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic Washer!

After much research, deliberation and information from the store sales person, we decided to go for the LG Toploader. The first load of laundry I did, I was in love! We were at a party the night we got the washer and dryer and I told everyone how excited I was to do laundry (never in the past!) the next day. The large capacity and how quiet the washer runs is AMAZING! I kept going into the laundry room to see if it was still washing! The song that plays when the load is done is comical! It is definitely better than a loud, obnoxious buzzer! The load sensing for water level and balance is without a doubt a must! When you put your clothes in to wash it automatically "senses" the load and does what we call the "Twist"! I would buy this washer again and again! Washed HUGE loads as well. I washed our king size sheet set AND blanket in one load. Very economical!

Never thought I would love a washing machine…...

My "other brand" washer had so many problems the manufacturer offered to replace it with a new one. Luckilly they didn't say it had to be the same brand!!!
I don't mind doing laundry anymore. I do it less often since I can do larger loads and I can finally wash my king size comforter!! Everything comes out clean and bright with my LG…every load!!

It seems this machine always wants to balance the load more than one time, then it resets the timer so one load takes 90 minutes to wash

I have really been enjoying my new washer by LG! It's very efficient and washes the clothes thoroughly! No stain can stand up against the heavy duty wash feature! It's also the most beautiful element in my utility room! :-)
