Excellent Product

I am very pleased with my new LG Washer. I purchased it because I had purchased the matching dryer in May and love it also. The only drawback has more to do with my height than the washer. I am 5'4" and the deep tub makes getting the last pieces of wash out a little difficult. Other than that I love this machine.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

A great design idea

We had to buy another washer when our other brand washer decided to give up the ghost JUST after the warranty expired. So, even though we would no longer have a "matched set", I researched my first choice of an LG product and this innovative model just struck me as a perfect choice. The machine is just as large as the other was, which was important...but what really made this the ideal choice was the new design with the control panel up front and flush to the unit. My wife and I both love gadgets, and so the appeal here was mutual. The machine works perfectly; is quiet; and she loves doing the laundry with it. Thank you again LG!!

Excellent easy to use machine

This machine is easy to use. I like the fact that if a load goes out of balance it tries to fix itself. I had the machine for 6 weeks and it has worked perfectly.

Bought this washer without consulting my wife, based on reviews from Consumer Reports and looking at other reviews.
I have to say we are both very happy with the purchase. The washer is extremely easy to figure out the cycle, temperature and custom settings.
One of the best washers we have ever had.

Fantastic Washer with cutting edge features

This washer looks and performs to a very high standard. We have the stainless color and love the ease of use, the automatic water fill, self leveling of the load and the many features/wash programs

While it was on cleaning machine function (nothing put into machine), it stopped and said that it was unbalanced.
Clothes are not rubbed together to get stains out as good as when I had a machine with an agitator.
I like the design and it's easy to use, but it could be improved. I would probably recommend a newer more refined model. This was is acceptable, but not stellar.
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine performs better than any other. It has great features and is on the cutting edge for technology. Add that with the competitive pricing and you have a no brainer.

This Product has the best in it's class

This is the first L G product that i have bought so far we are very happy with it. We had tried another brand but was not satisfied with the noise level so we decided to give L G a try very glad that we did.
