Bought this washer in 2015 and it's still going strong. I have learned how to sort and place the clothes so that the tub doesn't shimmy out of balance and knock. So, it's all good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this washing machine until today. While no one was home with an empty machine, the glass shattered. What in the world is going on. Now I see why they are discontinued. How am I supposed to replace the glass?

Goodbye old friend

Ironically this washer was just traded in on a new LG. We had it for 11 years and in that time the only problems that occurred were a loose nut that required a service call, then the splined disc lost its splines requiring the purchase of a new disc and the final issue was the pump stopped working which brought us to trading it in. Overall the issues that happened were not what I would have expected. We are two senior citizens and do not overuse or abuse our equipment.
