i enjoy the features and is very easy to use the large tub is perfect for me less wash time and when its finished it plays it tune to let me know its finished. It washes better than any other ive had in the past. Great product for the money spent. I went back and bought the dryer that matches and im very pleased with both!!!!! Both have surpassed my expectations!!! Great Job LG u got my vote !00% from now on..

Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
I love my washer, which I have had for almost 3 months now. The only complaint I have is washing blankets. If you wash different size blankets in one load, even if there is plenty of room, it becomes off balanced and really cant be fixed without removing one wet blanket and letting the other blanket be washed alone. This review may change because something just broke on my washer, and I about to call a repairman (hopefully under warrenty). It sounds like a ball is rolling around inside the washer, and it makes a loud noise. I do love the washer and hope it is taken care of and has no future problems. Will report back.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
This washing machine ate a big hole in my comforter!! It is ruined and can't be washed ever again because the hole will get bigger. This a very expensive Tommy Hilfiger comforter and I am VERY UPSET!!!
I purchased this machine on 6/23/13. It is so much quieter than my old one. And I love the cycle choices and the detergent drawer. The catchy little song at the end is cute, but it really is better than a buzzer.
Overall, I would highly recommend this machine.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
We had done a lot of research on washers and dryers as we have a blended family of 5 kids. In our 9 years we have gone through two sets of washers and dryers. This particular unit fits our needs and is holding up extremely well even though we are becoming empty nesters at this point. Excellent cleaning abilities and it handles large and small loads with ease.
Love the direct drive system and all of the features.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
This machine is large capacity and has some great features. I like the signal when the cycle has ended. I like the front control panel, easy to use, with a lot of options available. It is sleek-looking, too.
I'm getting accustomed to the longer wash cycles but feel it is energy/water efficient.
I have some issues with "unbalanced loads", particularly with sheets and towels, but am trying different options to rectify that.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings
I am totally impressed with this machine, it is easy to use with great features and functionality. It is easy to maintain and very efficient. The cold wash feature is great since I save on using hot water. Terrific

Fantastic machine. Easy installation. Up and washing in under 10 minutes. Absolutely the easiest washer I have ever had. It is so quiet than I often forget I am washing. Clothes are very clean and the spin dry is so effective I have cut my drying time in half. Only wish I had bought this machine when it first came out. The main reason I considered this machine was because Consumer Reports had ranked it #1. As usual, Consumer Reports was right on. Thank you Consumer Reports and thank you LG.
