Overwhelming at first

When I said good bye to my 15 yr. old top load agitator washer, it was like losing a friend. This enormous new washer was a challenge to learn how to operate. After 2 months I believe I have, by hit and miss, learned to "work the system" to my liking. What used to be a large load in my old washer is now not even a half load. I was in a tizzy with the small amount of water that it used. Then I remembered the quick reference guide that the installer gave me to read and found the section "water plus". By holding the extra rinse button for 3 seconds extra water is added to the wash and rinse cycles! I also love the pause button for adding that extra bit of laundry. The first blanket that I washed came out clean and fluffy. We also have the matching dryer and like the way I can add extra time to each cycle. Overall I love my new laundry appliances.

I absolutely love this washer. I have the matching dryer as well. They both work great. The washer can handle large loads and uses just the right amount of water and detergent. I love how it is a top load but also that the lid opens slightly for those last second throw ins! I also love the tune it plays whenever the wash is complete! So much better than those loud signals! The only thing I would have to say negative about the washer is that sometimes it gets thrown off balance, but usually that is only when I am washing a blanket or something! But it usually fixes itself! Overall I love this washer! Definitely worth the price! Great quality and a great brand! Also an awesome warranty!!!

This is my first HE washer. I've used it for about a month now and it seems to be doing a good job. It took some getting use to at first.

I love everything about this washer, the controls are extremely easy to understand and use. My clothes are clean and barley damp when the cycle is finished. I highly recommend this washer to anyone who is looking for a new one.

Just love this new washing machine and its technology. Its load sensing feature is so nice, and quiet it is so quiet. The cycle options are many and the capacity is more than adequate. My comforters almost get lost in the machine.

This washer is easy to use and I love the style and design. It is very quiet when it runs. I have only had it a few weeks and would recommend it. The capacity is fantastic and washes very large loads.

Nice washer but could be better

Overall, I am happy with my washing machine. The one big complaint I have is that it gets "out of balance" often, which makes the machine try to "rebalance" the load by adding more water and agitating for another cycle, and the cycles end up lasting well over an hour if this happens and I am not nearby to hear the signal that it is out of balance. It happens with large loads and small loads, so that is not the problem. Other than that, my clothes come out very clean and dry more quickly than with my old washer. As I said, overall I am happy with this product.
