Worse Washer Ever!

Bought this LG washer and dryer set thinking we would have it for many, many years and it would save $$ over all as was described to do. Unfortunately this washer is more costly due to the fact after the first year it continues to have uneven loads no matter how you carefully layer your clothes in it and no matter if it’s a small, medium or large load. It goes down to spin cycle and in the middle of it back up to rinse cycle constantly wasting water over and over, which is beyond frustrating!!! We will NEVER buy LG again. No way should a washer do this in such a short time of owning it. Your product is crap and sorry we paid so much for this set to now have to go and get a new washer already!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Uneven load on all loads with non cotton clothes

There is a sticker that says do not wash water resistant clothing. All athletic wear seems to cause uneven loads when doing spin cycle. Seems like they turned a product defect into a sticker note. My wife hates this washer, cause every load tries to balance for hours. Waste of money. Huge water consumption on “unbalance recovery”

stains clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] every single time we wash our clothes we get detergent stains. obviously at first i thought it was the detergent we were using but we’ve tried about 4 detergents now (different brands and consistency) and we’re still getting stains. i believe it’s just the washer which is super unfortunate. this washer has ruined so many clothes now:(

I have front loader before I got my new washer, I really thought that I love my front loader, but after getting the LG top loader, I am really enjoying my washer now. I would suggest this washer to everyone

This is my best washer ever.

Love this machine. My previous one ruined my towels. My towels now come out soft and fluffy and the spin cycle is so good that everything comes out with no water, so my dryer now takes less time than before. I definitely recommend this washer.

Loads of fun

I love the glass, no-slam lid and the musical little ditty that plays when your load is done washing. Controls are easy to understand. Spin cycle effectively pulls most of the water out of the clothes making dry time shorter. The machine runs relatively quietly and seems to do a nice job getting the laundry clean. I've had this washer for a little over a month and won't ever go back to a front load washer.
Pros: easy to use, Quality
