Frustrated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer for 2 1/2 years. For the past 3 months I have to constantly monitor the washer to make sure it doesn't go out of balance. As the washer tries to rebalance itself it keeps refilling with water making it very inefficient. A large load takes hours to finish. The clothes also come out wrinkled. We are now looking for a replacement washer and it will not be a top loading LG. A washer should last more then 2 years.

A good investment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this washing machine for seven months now and I am extremely happy with it. The height fits perfectly in my 1bedroom apartment and its tucked away neatly in my laundry room. We haven't had any kind of problems so far. Top loading makes it easy for me to load and it doesn't go heavy on water and electric bills too, easy to clean with its own tub cleaning mode.

Disappointed in Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 6 months ago & am very disappointed. I don't like that the water level is too low & the spin cycle stops & starts too much. Wish I had my old washer back!!!!!!!!
