Wonderful product

Love my new washing machine. Had front loader prior. This washer holds more clothes and gets them clean. My only concern is that as I age may have difficulty reaching all the way to the bottom because drum is so deep :) Would definitely recommend!

My son purchased this washer for me to use. It is fabulous! I don't have to go to the laundry mat to wash my blankets and quilts because of the large tub. It's quiet, has a variety of cycles and options,and is easy to use. All over great washing machine.

Have to say I was worried about learning about a new way of washing clothes. With that said, the machine is easy to understand and it has been doing a very good job of washing clothes. Sometimes a lot of clothes. It can hold quite a bit of clothing. Because it is so deep, it might be a disadvantage if a consumer is on the short size. Just something to keep in mind.
LG sends emails that have been helpful in understanding the machine.

I didn't realize how bad our existing washer was. It didn't really clean our clothes. We bought this LG top load and wow what a difference!!!! Our clothes are the cleanest ever. Great features. I especially like the delay start. Comes in handy so you won't have wet clothes sitting in the washer while your away for hours. Set it for an hour before you get home and poof, just finished washing when you get home.

It washes clothes very, very well. Extremely quiet. It's just the best washer that I have ever used. The drum is quite deep, and it would be hard for a short person [child] to unload it, but it does hold a large load of clothes..

Our wash machine broke after 16 years and had to replace. Did extensive research and found the LG to be the best rated. The reviews were accurate as this machine has performed very well. My wife usual has done the wash but I have found myself doing more wash as it seems hard to mess up now. It practically tells you how to do your wash. Thanks LG and keep up the good work.
