He replaced springs but didn’t fix the issues. Still not draining, barely spins and drum falls lower then normal.

My only recommendation would be to think about if you really want a top loader as opposed to front loader. I made the mistake of the top loader and the machine sits on a cement slab. I had to put a pallet in front so I can reach the clothes at the bottom.

We get constant unbalanced load errors. Replace the shocks /struts. Still can't do even a small load without multiple stops in rearranging the load.

As a matter of fact, when my sister visited she liked it so much she went home and replaced her old , old washer ( needed replacement) with a LG like mine. This one is a replacement for my LG that Had a computer problem.
This is not the LG quality I was expecting. Other than the other model of LG traditional upright washer I had, this one had an repair few year after purchase and totally becoming unrepairable in less than 10 years. Don't buy it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for about 5 years now, and the sensors are acting up. It can't detect the correct level of water for large loads compared to smaller ones. It keeps displaying "IE" which is apparently an error code and when I try to diagnose it, the problem remains.
