This is a top notch washer, the best I have owned. All controls are user friendly and it does its job well. Sleek look and cutting edge technology is a big plus here. Best appliance investment I have made. Thank you LG!

I've only had this product a few weeks so I'm still in a learning curve. I really like the touch control panel and the see thru top. I'm not happy that it has a slight slant toward the front. I fold my clothes on the washer and dryer and like it flat instead. Also I often set laundry products( Shout etc.) on it for a short time. I don't like them sliding forward. I have had problems with twisting if I wash anything else with sheets. The off balance is very sensitive. Most times it rights itself but I have had to pause it once to move things around. (My last washer NEVER went off balance in 15 years). Clothes come out clean without too much water retention. It is VERY quiet. All in all I'm very happy with it.

Fantastic Washer

I absolutely love this washer. I went into to replace a front loader and ended up purchasing the matching dryer as well. The washer is so quite and the love the music when the load is done. Much nicer than a buzzer. If I could afford it I would purchase the set for my son and his wife. This washer has made my life easier and at my age that's a wonderful thing.

I love my LG washer

I love my new LG washing machine. It runs so quietly that I almost forget I have wash in until it's finished when the machine starts singing to me. I'd have bought the matching dryer, but my old one still works. I actually hope it conks out soon, which will give me an excuse to purchase the LG.

A++++++++++, We have a family of 6 and loads to be washed pile up fast around our home,between working out in the yard on the cars or even just playing in the yard. This washer is great at getting our clothes clean and my kids school clothes still look like they did when we bought them. My wash room is right next to the master bedroom and we dont hear the cycles, now and then you hear it spinning or the water running but other then that youu dont hear it. You can stand in front of it and talk on your phone and it will not get load.

Love this washer. Especially love the large capacity and that it can wash large bedding. Really like having the glass lid - not sure why, but it's a nice feature. Only negative would be that I'm short and it's sometimes hard to reach things in the bottom of the tub, but still would not trade this washer for another one.
