The power works

Had nothing but problems, will only function on one cycle, because all the others it malfunctions during the spin cycle. Major mistake purchasing this. Will soon replace with a speed queen. I’d give it away, but I don’t dislike anyone that much. Oh the dryer works well …

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was ok for the first couple year’s although never really happy with the self balancing thing. Every time it self balances it adds more water to the basket. Not really a water saving feature. Then it just started to stop in spin cycle and fill up and spin and fill up and spin etc. it’s been almost 3 months of repair appointments and now they’re going to come back and basically rebuild the washer from the bottom up. Won’t buy one of these again.

Always a problem!

We bought this machine 8 years ago. It has had unbalanced issues within 6 months. 2 years ago the pump would not shut off and we have fixed that several times with a YouTube hack. 1 month ago it would not pump out all of the water and so would not spin. The repair shop said we needed a new board. This was going to cost more than half of what we paid for the washer. We bought a different brand.

We bought this almost 7 years ago. The laundry cycle keeps stopping and I am getting an error message that says IE which I believe means not enough water getting into the drum. When that happens The laundry appears to be soaked and I start a new wash and hit spin only and more water pours into the drum. All the plumbing connections are correct. Is this the beginning of the end for this washer or do you think it can be repaired?

The IE error code means that the washer fills with water slowly or not al all. Possible root causes for this issue are that the water supply taps are not fully open or are kinked, pinches or bent is some way. Or the water inlet filters are clogged or that the water pressure is too low. Before replacing the washer I recommend checking the water lines for possible obstructions, clean the inlet filters, and check that the water pressure is adequate. ^Jennifer

Terrible!

Never cleaned clothes very well at all. Now it is 7 years old and LE error code won't turn off. Won't work at all. Never have I ever overloaded the machine. It was well cared for and looks new still. Too bad it is dead! They build these things to be recyclable so we just spend and spend. Remember when things were built to last.

The LE error code means that there was a thermal overload protection circuit in the motor has been tripped and does not mean that you overloaded the washer. We recommend allowing the washer to stand for 30 minutes to allow the motor to cool; then restart the cycle. If the LE error code still appears afterwards, then unplug the washer can call for a servicer. Since the washer is out of warranty you would be responsible for labor and any part replacements that are not covered. Unbalanced / Clutch issues

After only 7 years this machine keeps giving error code and now recommended maintenance which will cost about half of the cost when purchased. Buying from a reputable brand that’s been making them for a long time.
