[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve washed several large loads of laundry in this new washer. The size is great. No need to do several smaller loads. I’ve done king size blankets, mattress pads and sheets. Everything turns out clean.
I do have one gripe. The dispenser was not designed very well. See the photo. Softener fill tank is completely covered by the door.

Easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned this machine for just about 10 years with matching dryer, awesome set. However, the washer all of a sudden is all screwed up, will not complete any cycle, sometimes it shows OE or UE code. Did the trouble shooting, no success. And the bell stopped working, all at the same time.

Great washer so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My parents purchased this washer in 2013, and we've been using it non-stop since then. We live in a rural area with hard water, and we do run filters and a water softener. I have to say- it has never let us down. I would say that the only knock I have on it is the fill amount- The fill just doesn't seem to be enough water to adequately cover the load with normal washing. We do end up doing some larger loads, and end up using the bulky/bedding setting often, because sometimes the clothes just don't seem to be covered enough to wash effectively. But, it's been doing good work for 11 years now. Definitely happy. 5 stars with a little more water, and maybe some more agitation. I do think a center agitator top washer would provide more effective cleaning.
