Wonderful kid friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to think about this for a while only because I like to give genuine authentic reviews and I will say this is one of the best washers I have ever had. It is very simple to use and even gives you options to have efficiency or fast wash I like that you were able to update the software so that he can keep you up-to-date on the features, it’s very convenient and even the kids know how to use it and they are 10 years old and younger do enjoy. I really do enjoy LG products. It really does show that life is good.

DL code makes more useless than a 4ft paperweight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Consistent DL errors. Replaced switch still get the reading. I’ve already replaced water intake valves. It will not let me wash anything at all now because it says the door isn’t shut. It’s a ridiculous safety feature that completely disables the machine. I’m over it!!

Unbalanced constantly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has water in the dispenser tray almost every load since 6 months of use. Now it’s unbalanced during every load!! Which is even more frustrating. I would NOT recommend this washer, which is sad because it’s a large capacity washer and I was hoping to love it. (And yes, I’ve checked for tray function, hose kinks, and clogs. As well as trying small loads to balance) Nothing seems to work.

It was a gift!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was actually given to me. It’s very pretty very high-tech. But it seems to me that the cycles are longer and I literally had to watch several YouTube videos in order to figure out which settings would give me the most water. Being that I am 50 years old, I am of the school that if you don’t see suds, then it must not be getting clean, lol. But since I’ve learned to use the machine, I can attest that they are coming out very clean and they smell very fresh.

Goodbye old friend

Ironically this washer was just traded in on a new LG. We had it for 11 years and in that time the only problems that occurred were a loose nut that required a service call, then the splined disc lost its splines requiring the purchase of a new disc and the final issue was the pump stopped working which brought us to trading it in. Overall the issues that happened were not what I would have expected. We are two senior citizens and do not overuse or abuse our equipment.
