[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this washing machine until today. While no one was home with an empty machine, the glass shattered. What in the world is going on. Now I see why they are discontinued. How am I supposed to replace the glass?

Bought this washer in 2015 and it's still going strong. I have learned how to sort and place the clothes so that the tub doesn't shimmy out of balance and knock. So, it's all good.

The so-called 10 year motor warranty is useless!

I was compelled to purchase a replacement for my MG clothes washer, only 6 years old, since the motor failed and the LG replacement motor feature was not extended in timely fashion.

White sludge on clothes

I've had this washing machine for several years now and I wonder how clean my clothes are getting. Every time I do a load of darks, I find white residue on my clothes. I have cleaned the machine i don't know how many times, yet it never helps. It's kind of sad that I have to use a lint roller on my darks after they've been washed, just to get all the white sludge off of them. I've even cut down the amount of amount of detergent I use, and I don't use fabric softener, so it's not that either.
