What a piece of sheiiiit

Just don’t bother purchasing this washer. You will do nothing but trouble shoot. The electronic part (the operating system) has broken for the third time. Do you know what that costs to replace ? I could just buy a new washer with that money which is what I am doing. The one I have struggled with is going to the dump. Smh. If you can’t build a washer that is worth the money maybe just don’t.

I bought this washer and now Im having to replace the water values again this is the second time. It wont drain at times then at times it works fine. It has a mind of its own. I cant say I will buy another it has been a money pit . I have replaced a lot of parts and I now I'm at the cost in parts to as what I paid for this washer. Its a shame they don't make them like they use to. Never again.

My husband said “for each machine sold it should come with a washboard!!” Because eventually after many attempts, you end up having to wash them by hand if you’re gonna wear them because this machine is not going to wash them. Unless you have time to stand by the machine all day long, keep restarting it over and over and over and still sometimes it ever will go through a whole cycle. Can’t get anything done, and as I read all these reviews, everybody’s having the same problems… so why doesn’t LG have a recall?
LG if you’re continuously trying make your products better, and fix the problems so your future washers run properly, that’s great and all but what about all of us that are experiencing your failures at the moment? Do we not matter?what about a recall so we can send these pieces of crap back to you, and in return get one of your so called better washers that you have designed? Pretty sure I’m speaking for a lot of reviewers on here.
