LG puts the "make" in it's Products

What a pleasure to use. Clothes come out crisp and clean - almost dry. Keypad is a breeze to use. Quiet and vibration free - second floor installation. End of cycle chimes are a welcome change from the harsh buzzers of yesteryear.
This firm appears to have a design and manufacture philosophy of adding make and value to its products. Not just the washer and dryer I purchased but across the product line. A long term win for their customers and LG.

We have had the washer and dryer for almost 4 months now and love them. The first time we used the washer, we just watched the operation in amazement. The washer weighs the clothes, spins a little and then the water comes in. The machine is so quiet. When done the clothes are almost dry. The only downside the tub is too deep for my wife and needs a step stool to reach them. However, one load takes the place of three on our old one. Also this machine balance itself with heavy bulky items. Our old one would stake across the floor with that load. In a nutshell ,right now, we would buy the machine again if it holds up.

Gets my clothes so clean & fresh!

Have had this washer for 3 weeks, and love it. The cycles do take a bit longer than my old washer, but the end results are well worth it. Everything comes out so clean & fresh. Looking forward to having this washer for a long time.

Love how much room is in this washer. I don't think I will ever have enough laundry to fill it. It is extremely easy to operate. It has many features I haven't explored yet. The cute song is nice, but sometimes I miss it b/c it's so quiet. Thankfully I know around about what time it will be done as soon as I load it since it counts down for me. I am amazed at how well the deodorant stains were removed from my black shirts. My last washing machine never touched them. I simply turned the shirts in inside out and they were gone at the end of the cycle. I truly love washing clothes now to see how well it can clean my clothes.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this washer. I've been using it for a few months now and have run into no problems whatsoever with any size load. I couldn't be more pleased. My experience has been excellent just like most other reviewers report. I have had a few questions about the settings, but have found it easy to get the answers. I have appreciated the occasional helpful tips LG emails me, such as explanations on the difference between tap cold, cold, eco-warm, and warm.

I love all the features and cycles it offers and the clothes are clean, fresh smelling and soft when they finish. The only suggestion I would have for LG - the tub is so deep (which is great for large loads) but it is difficult for a shorter person to get the clothes out!! Otherwise - wonderful washing machine

This washer meets all of my criteria. It supplied adequate water at the temperature I select and in accordance with the load size. It is quiet and has never yet had an unbalanced load.
The built-in cycles are very adequate for me. I have used a custom cycle and it was easy to set up. All in all a very good machine.

This washer did not clean my clothes.

We had to rewash and retreat any item of clothing with a drop of food. It would come out of the washer looking like water didn't even get to it. I returned it. We did not like it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
