This washing machine is the biggest piece of junk I ever owned. Almost every load is off balance there for it just keeps running!

Great washing ability

i love this washer, i am able to wash large items and also customize the wash cycle, and love love the soak feature!

Every load stops due to UE error

My machine is only 3.5 years old and for at least the last 1.5 years I have been battling with the constant UE and ue errors on the machine. Nothing seems to help with the problem (it is level, I try to redistribute load by hand- although it never appears to need it, I've tried low spin speed and no spin, all different wash types). Even when the machine does not appear out of balance, the cycle will stop and need to be restarted multiple times. It typically takes me 3-4 hours (and probably 100's of gallons of water) to wash a single load. When the machine does work correctly (maybe 10% of the time) it is great and I love it. It gets the clothes almost completely dry and cuts down on my dry time! But 90% of the time its a nightmare! :(

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best washer that we have owned

So far the washer has been great. Machine is very quiet and stable while running. Had a couple of He's and Maytag washer previously that didn't last 5 years. Hopefully this one will last us for a long time.
