It's works ok so far - three years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate having so many buttons which I never use. It is definitely hard to reach inside to get the clothes out - much too deep. the other thing I hate is that the cover slams down on my head when I am getting the clothes out - basic engineering mistake! I've had this since 2014 and it is still working. That's the good part. It washes the clothes.

Terrible Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this machine for a few years now and I miss my old machine terribly! The only plus is the larger load capability. Other than that, it doesn't use an adequate amount of water so I usually use the bedding setting which fills up more. I dont feel like my clothes get as clean as they used to. I also have kids and items of clothing that I used to be able to get stains out of using the same detergent are no longer removed by this washing machine.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WASHER SUCKS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 years ago and for the last year nothing but a problem. It takes almost 4 hours to do one load of laundry because the stupid thing will not spin out which LG is aware of.

Service has been done probably 8 times and still the same issue. Unbalanced Recovery Over and Over and Over. Would never recommend LG to anyone looking for a washing machine.

The buttons on the front panel made it easy for our kids to do their own laundry and is very convenient for everyone. It washes out r clothes incredibly and the spin cycle really spins our clothes dry...saving time when they get to the dryer.
