Horrible machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine 2 years ago and it has been 2 years of total frustration and dissatisfaction. Machine never fills enough water and clothes come out with detergent on them. It is a piece of garbage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this machine for 2 years. It cannot balance even the lightest of loads. Constantly refills & ends with the same "UE" indicator. I've never been more frustrated with a product or displeased with a brand in my entire life. I'm typing this review while standing over the unit waiting 1 blanket to finish its 3 hour cycle. I literally have to ring out my clothes by hand before putting them in the dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this just over 2 months ago and we amazed by its efficiency. Clothes are clean and almost dry when taken out. There are times that we must check to see if it is actually running as it is so quiet. If you are looking for a GREAT washer,not just a good one this is what you should be considering.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality, easy to use

Babysitting Job Is Tiresome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming up on our third anniversary with this washer, I must say my wife and I are very upset and frustrated by it's performance. From the beginning, this machine would constantly flash the UE code and despite consulting the trouble shooting guide and rearranging the load, it continues to occur, sometimes 4-5 times per load. This unit also repeats the rinse cycle multiple times throughout the load. I has reached the point where a wash and dry takes 3-4 hours, unless we stand by its side to prevent another rinse cycle.
Overall this is product is nothing but exasperating. We are considering replacing it with another companies product. We also feel compensation is in order for our time and trouble.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

shaft on drum snap off only after 3 years

Not happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an LG frig and two LG TVs. I thought going with their washing machine was going to be a good choice.
This machine was purchased of April 2013. March of 2014 the machine had issues. Had it repaired. The unit that controlled the machine had to be replaced. Now it is doing the same thing it did before. Get to the last cycle and it stops. Sometimes it states there is an uneven load or some other error that the repair guy did not even know the meaning of.
I ran the washer to do a clean cycle figuring it would run with out any issues because there was no clothing in it. Wrong. Again in the last 20 minutes of the load cycle it stops. I am actually hoping that this thing stops working all together. I am going back to a very basic washer machine. No bells and whistles. They don't make things like they used to. My 23 year old dryer is still going. Only had to replace the belt twice. It may absorb a bit more electricity but it works. And honestly how much electric am I saving now when I start a load of laundry before bed and find it still running the next morning! It is getting very frustrating. I will not have to worry about this machine getting old. It will cost me more to fix it so I am thinking I am going to set it beside the road and let someone else deal with it. Back to the bucket and washing board.

More trouble than its worth

A total waste of money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The load sensing simply does not work, some of the clothes on top come out dry. I purchased the washer because of the ratings. Not sure how anyone could give it more than a 1. I will never purchase another LQ product.
