Okay but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Water level doesn't cover all the laundry in the load. Action does not move clothes around enough to get the articles on top into the soapy water below. Cycles are very long. Since most of our laundry is not overly dirty it does seem to get clean.
Don't like front controls as difficult to keep dirt and water from falling on the controls. Front controls were advertised as advantage for short people, but actually makes it more of a stretch to retrieve articles from the bottom of the washer as have to lean over the control area.
Bleach dispenser also in position where dirt and water can easily fall into it.

Great Wash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we bought this to replace our Whirlpool lemon!! Can't say enough good things about this washer!! It out performs our old one! It runs smooth and easy. Love the melody it plays when it's done!!

Worst washer I've ever owned!

A. Constantly gets off balance and because the alarm isn't adjustable I never hear it so when I go to put clothes in the dryer I discover I have to redistribute the load and often 2 or 3 times in one load. Laundry day sometimes takes 2 days!
B. Odor. YES, I clean it as recommended. YES, I buy the more expensive "recommended" detergent. My clothes smell, especially towels, I had to purchase thin, cheap, towels because all the thick fluffy ones smell. I can't understand how my clothes are clean if they smell and if the dirt is sticking to the washer tub are any of my clothes really getting clean anyway.

Disappointed in Product!

Terrible machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is machine is beautiful, but that's it. It uses too much water by continually refilling to balance the load. It takes a day to do one load because of this. I hate this machine. I regret buying it. I will be selling it to get rid of it. It has gotten worse over time. Had I realized it sooner I would have returned it to the store.
