[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After two years of working very well, this machine now makes doing laundry the biggest headache. A few months ago, it began to stop in the middle of almost every load and flash the "uneven" sign. And it continues to do this at least 1-2 more times after we shift the load. We had a short-term fix of putting every load on the "heavy duty" cycle, but this is no longer making loads go through a whole cycle now either. Very frustrating and now having to consider buying another type of washer as we have a new baby on the way and will be doing a lot more laundry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer and probably 6 months or so after purchasing it I would get constant unbalanced load errors while doing laundry. i would have to manually take the clothes out of the washer and place them in it again. This would go on for hours and hours on the same load. Save yourself frustration and money and buy another washer because this thing is garbage.

Worst Washer

This washer is always going out of balance, I've spent more money in water since having this washer then my old 10 year old washer. It's constantly adding water during the spin process most of the times filling up the entire bin then repeat 2 or 3 times before it finally gives up. I would not recommend this to anyone. Another problem we have is it just does not wash clothes, many times we take out a load of wash and find some items that are completely dry or have dry areas.

Don't waste your money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] hate this washer! I have to wash everything on the bulky/bedding setting so that it fills up with enough water to get my clothes wet. You can't wash a small load without it getting uneven. I do not recommend this washer to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is impossible to do a load of laundry unless you have 2-4 hours of free time. This machine is a piece of junk! It constantly unbalances and is very difficult to complete a load of wash in a normal amount of time. I will never purchase an LG product again!

Unless you have an entire day to do one load of wash, forget about ever getting it done. It constantly unbalances and continually rinses the load. I'm sorry we ever bought it!
