poor engineering and design

The washing machine is so deep that I cannot reach the clothes in the bottom. This is due to the controls being in the front of the top panel. I have never experienced this with any other model of washing machine. Another problem with machine is that almost every time the cycle stops with uneven load error. It seems impossible to place the load in a manor that doesn't go out of balance.

Great Washer if it lasted over two years!!!

Bought the washer in June 2013. By November 2015 the shaft from the transmission to the agitator broke. The repair was more than the washer was worth. Good thing I buy the extended warranty because washers are not built like they used to.
Pros: easy to use

I love this washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the dryer a few months back and loved it. My washer finally died and I purchased the matching washer. It is wonderful. Holds tons of towels or bedding. I love hat it has a self cleaning feature. Yes, I have to stand on a stool to reach all the way into the machine (I'm only 5 foot tall) but it is so worth it.

Do NOT do it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this machine for over a year now. From the beginning it has been such a hassle to just wash a load of clothing. If you put more than 3-5 items in to wash not only does it take over 2 hours to wash but some of it will come out as dry as when you put it in. I seriously watched yesterday as the spin cycle was on 12 minutes and it took over 45 minutes to FINALLY spin through the cycle.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer does get clean clothes. I had a front loader before this that did a great job so I'm not reviewing it against an agitator model.
The "sensor" does not sense the laundry level to adequately fill the washer. There's little action to actually clean the clothes. Also the clothes often get unbalanced during the spin cycle requiring an extra rinse.

Go with something else

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because of the features, and less water usage. However, it doesn't use ENOUGH water. The clothes on top are still dry at times. AND, I have several cats, and both my daughter and I have long hair, and this machine does nothing to remove the hairs. An older washer machine with the middle piece would get most of the hairs off. I'm thinking of selling the washer, keeping the matching dryer and getting an "old fashioned" washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does not usually put in enough water to wash and rinse properly but I have learned from on line chat a few ways to increase the amount of water.
