Worst Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for a little over a year now. This washer is always going out of balance, I've spent more money in water since having this washer then my old 10 year old washer. It's constantly adding water during the spin process most of the times filling up the entire bin then repeat 2 or 3 times before it finally gives up. I would not recommend this to anyone. Another problem we have is it just does not wash clothes, many times we take out a load of wash and find some items that are completely dry or have dry areas.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying we went with LG because we have an LG 60 inch television that has never given us any problems and have had LG cell phones that were awesome. However not the same experience with this washer. We purchased this washer in January of 2014 and have had mostly bad experiences. It takes forever to complete a load of laundry because the machine goes off-balance and needs constant attention (who has time to monitor laundry every 15 minutes). We had it serviced in August 2015 and now less than a year later we have to have it serviced again. Last night we couldn't complete a load of laundry because it would not spin. Had to wring the clothes out by hand. I really want to replace it but cant afford to replace a washer every 2 years. I want my money back. This whole experience has been a nightmare. I had a Whirlpool washer for 10 years and we brought it used. Never gave us any problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As is with most everyone else, this machine has the lowest efficiency possible due to the UE error code issue when the load is not at all uneven. Waste of water, electricity and time.

Terrible machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is machine is beautiful, but that's it. It uses too much water by continually refilling to balance the load. It takes a day to do one load because of this. I hate this machine. I regret buying it. I will be selling it to get rid of it. It has gotten worse over time. Had I realized it sooner I would have returned it to the store.

Worst washer I've ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my washer for 3 years and one month and the regret began within two weeks of purchase. A. Constantly gets off balance and because the alarm isn't adjustable I never hear it so when I go to put clothes in the dryer I discover I have to redistribute the load and often 2 or 3 times in one load. Laundry day sometimes takes 2 days! B. Odor. YES, I clean it as recommended. YES, I buy the more expensive "recommended" detergent. My clothes smell, especially towels, I had to purchase thin, cheap, towels because all the thick fluffy ones smell. I can't understand how my clothes are clean if they smell and if the dirt is sticking to the washer tub are any of my clothes really getting clean anyway.
Pros: Style/Design

Frequently stops due to unbalanced load

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this machine for nearly two years and it has been a disaster. Anytime we include towels or cotton bedding or anything that tends to be heavy when wet, the machine unevenly distributes them repeatedly. We have to remove each item and manually redistribute them. Not worth buying.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the top load and deep capacity, but it always says uneven load, and it leaks!
