[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unless you are washing a very small load, the "True Balance" does NOT work. We spend more time manually rebalancing, more water since it try's to rebalance with filling the tub each time it stops the cycle due to unbalanced. If we could we would exchange out to another unit. Stay away from this one!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer does get clean clothes. I had a front loader before this that did a great job so I'm not reviewing it against an agitator model. The "sensor" does not sense the laundry level to adequately fill the washer. There's little action to actually clean the clothes. Also the clothes often get unbalanced during the spin cycle requiring an extra rinse.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this machine for over a year now. From the beginning it has been such a hassle to just wash a load of clothing. If you put more than 3-5 items in to wash not only does it take over 2 hours to wash but some of it will come out as dry as when you put it in. I seriously watched yesterday as the spin cycle was on 12 minutes and it took over 45 minutes to FINALLY spin through the cycle.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is my first HE appliance I have purchased.i compared this washer to other brands and for price and the warranty on the direct drive motor and stainless steel wash tub ,this washer was an exceptional deal with its many wash options and ease of use its a true value
Pros: Style/Design, Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normal loads, small loads, big loads, every load every kind of load at random will get UE errors. to fix it, no matter how much clothes are in there, it will fill all the way to the top with water, agitate to try and fix it then drain. If that doesn't work it beeps and you adjust it manually. BUT that wont work, the UE will come again and you will end up wringing out your clothes by hand to save some water. This is the worst washer I have ever owned in my life.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the dryer a few months back and loved it. My washer finally died and I purchased the matching washer. It is wonderful. Holds tons of towels or bedding. I love hat it has a self cleaning feature. Yes, I have to stand on a stool to reach all the way into the machine (I'm only 5 foot tall) but it is so worth it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No matter how large or small the load is you will get an "UE" error. The machine will refill during the spin cycle in an attempt to rebalance the load. This happens on a spin only cycle. I regret purchasing this machine! Buyer beware!!! Do not purchase.
I bought this to replace a small front loading high efficiency washer that broke down. This one is way too deep for my 5'3" height--I can't reach the bottom without lifting my feet off the floor. There is no rinse--spray rinse is not a RINSE--and you have to add nearly half an hour to get one. The only fast cycle with the real--aka "extra" rinse--takes an hour. From my kitchen, It sounds like jet airplanes taking off when running, even from its basement location with the door shut.
