[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible washer, already having to replace and only a few years old. Have had several repairs on it (starting within the first 2 months we had it) and now to have replace after 3 years. Worst washer I have ever owned and not covered under warranty. It is so bad, that I can't even run a entire cycle, it shakes, moves and is out of control. I have to stop it the last 10-15 minutes of any cycle I run, even the delicate cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

keep getting the UE signal with every wash

We bought the washer and matching dryer in August of 2014. The Dryer is fine the washer is terrible. It started getting the UE message about 2 years ago occasionally but now it is with every wash load. I spend an entire day doing three loads of laundry. I'm talking seven to eight hours because you have to constantly monitor it and straighten it out. We made sure it was level, couldn't be more level and it still gives us the UE message. We do the laundry the same as we always did. Defective maybe?

Washer worked great, until it didn't

I bought this washer in 2014, it was amazing at first. About a year ago I had to switch all loads to heavy duty to avoid the UE error. That error would ensure a full day just to do a couple loads. Then a couple weeks ago I got the E6 error. I spent the money on a new clutch, took it to a repair shop and still no luck. What's the point of an error message if you still have to guess what's wrong? A little help here LG? I still need a washer and can't figure out this code. Or why I could only use heavy duty to avoid UE errors.
Pros: ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance

Bad washer

We have owned this washer since August of 2015 and it has been the worst ever washer. It constantly wants to refill when rinsing even after we have done everything suggested to remedy it. It's level and on a solid floor. It just doesn't work right. It takes forever to do a load of wash. I wish we would have returned it right after we bought it, but we thought there was probably a learning curve and that was our mistake. Just don't buy one.

WORST CHOICE I EVERRRRRRR MADE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer 4 years ago and it has been down more than I've been able to use it. I purchased a warranty on it, but of course it expired when the problems started. I purchased an extended warranty with Total Home Protection (VERY BAD CHOICE). April 2018, it would not drain (UE error) the technician came out and supposedly fixed it. A month later it went out again, same problem (UE error). I had to pay another $60 for the repairman to come out again. On the 3rd try, I was told the mother board needs replacing. The warranty company told me the part is on back order (3 months now, FORREAL). Now they told me they will send me $100 to replace the part myself. I said all of this to say, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. Now I'm sitting her with a washer not working and I have only had it 4 yrs.

WAS GREAT UNTIL....

Started to get brown scrud on clothes and cannot get it cleaned. Tried cleaning tablets, bleach, baking soda, CLR, degreaser over a dozen times - still appears. Tried removing washer plate stuck solid. Buying a new washer --different brand.

Difficulty balancing loads, died after 6 years
