Works well, but has has to be repaired twice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the washer works well enough, usually gets clothes clean, but has had to have two major repairs; the first was a new board and the second was a new hose underneath, both of which knocked it out of service for weeks.

Repairs after only 6years???

Bought the washer 6 years ago after extensive research. Loved it until it needed repairs after only 6 years of normal use!!! And, while parts were covered, warranty does not cover service! It seems to me that if you advertise a quality product, stand behind it with your service! Will think long and hard before I buy LG again.

So many issues!

1. For some strange reason my clothes do not smell clean. I can't even smell a hint of the detergent. I use same detergent in my other washer and I can smell it on clothes which smell clean.
2. It does not clean.

Always off balance

Always off balance and constantly fills and refills if you want to babysit your washing machine this is the one to get because if you leave and come home it has filled and refilled at least 3 times which makes for high water consumption and higher water bills
