stains clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] every single time we wash our clothes we get detergent stains. obviously at first i thought it was the detergent we were using but we’ve tried about 4 detergents now (different brands and consistency) and we’re still getting stains. i believe it’s just the washer which is super unfortunate. this washer has ruined so many clothes now:(

Awful!

Washer gets unbalanced loads all the time. Need to then stop wash and rearrange clothes! But the worst is the yellowish stains on white clothes completely ruined expensive garments since stain does not come off. This is really disappointing as I had high expectation from LG brand. Will not buy an LG product again!

Bought this unit 10 years ago. The door has broken twice. Replaced it once, but parts no longer available. Hinge plastic is a weak design and have glued it together for now. Something like a hinge should nit be a failure point.

Not worth the hassel.

Bought this no less then 5 years ago. Ran fine for awhile. Now all I deal with is error code after error code. The main ones being OE and IE. No matter what I do to fix the problem it don't work. Now the drain pump won't run, yet nothing is wrong with it, power gets to it just fine. Washer will only do a gravity drain. It takes all day just to do one load of laundry because of how many times the error codes pop up. Also why does it say smart diagnostic washer, wifi capability if it can't do it and not set up for it?
