I have had this washing machine for 2 years and it is the worst washing machine it does not clean your clothes at all...most of the times the clothes on top do not even get wet...I have to wash everything on heavy duty and still come dirty. I even tried extra rinse cycles and it still doesn't help. The Laundromat machines wash better.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I absolutely hate this washer, never enough water to thoroughly get your clothes clean. No matter what size load you do the water never goes above the clothes

The washer cleans clothes but the cycles are so long that any clothes should be cleaned after washing that long. However, the worse feature is that it is so tall that I cannot reach the bottom to remove clothes and must stand on a stool to get clothes out of the machine. Awful!

Awesome Washer All Around

I bought this washer a week ago. It has been fantastic so far! It is quiet, it has lots of great features. And it is also quiet and washes all of my laundry really well. It fits a bunch of laundry. I plan to buy the matching dryer next. Lol.

You have to be tall to use this washer!

First, I'd like to say the washer is quiet and does a great job cleaning the clothes. No problems with that. BUT, I am 5'2" tall and when I reach into the washer, my finger tips are 5" from the bottom of the drum so I have to climb onto a stepstool to reach the bottom, and the few pieces I get I then step off the stepstool to be able to toss them in the dryer. It takes many "step-up step-down"s to get one load moved from the washer to the dryer. I'm almost 60 and I don't foresee this happening for very long. Why in the heck is the drum too deep for an average female to reach in and get the small laundry items from the drum. My 5'10" husband has no trouble. Sigh. I wish I hadn't gotten this model. I guess I'm stuck with it for years.

I bought this machine in May and I love the large capacity but the spin motor already had to be replaced this is very disappointing.
