Best decision we ever made!

We purchased both washer and dryer set. We are totally sold on these LG products. Machines are super quiet and look really sharp. The wash cycle is different but cleans really well and has many user options to choose from such as extra rinse, softner and many different fabric types. Simple to use. Can't wait to add more LG appliances and replace some of our older stuff like the frig and stove.

Awesome machine

Have had this for 2 months now and couldn't be happier. It uses less water, is much gentler on fabrics, and spins so much water out of our clothes that drying time has been reduced by 40%. Oh, and it's very quiet while doing all of this.

We watch the cycle for a few minutes through the window on top....very cool! So quiet and very smart!

Works good if your clothes aren't dirty!

If you have to wash large loads of dirty clothes, do not buy this washer. This machine WILL NOT get your clothes clean. It ties them in knots and takes well over an hour to run a cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
