Like most reviews I’ve read all over the internet, we continue to have the UE error code. And yes, I’ve literally done all the “tips” and nothing works!!!!! I do see why it was discontinued!

The UE code indicates that the washer is attempting to balance the load, which may be the result of the unit not being leveled correctly or the load itself. This code can be easily resolved without the need of a technician. However, We've gathered from your review that your issue still exist. I am happy with the washer with a few exceptions. For instance, on the cotton cycle, the washer does not produce enough water and the clothes don’t get real clean. Also, you have to make sure you regularly clean the washer with a special detergent so that it doesn’t smell musty. Other than that I’m happy with the washer. For the most part, it’s performing reliably for the past nine years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve washed several large loads of laundry in this new washer. The size is great. No need to do several smaller loads. I’ve done king size blankets, mattress pads and sheets. Everything turns out clean.
I do have one gripe. The dispenser was not designed very well. See the photo. Softener fill tank is completely covered by the door.
