Can't use multi special features at the same time.

The machine leads you to beleive that you can use multiple specical use options at the same time. You can only use one. If you want to soak, you can't use the fabric softener selection or, the rinse & spin. Also if you add the fabric softener, it gets added to the wash at the same time as the detergent. That's not "normal" for a washer to add it in the beginning of a wash cycle.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Attractive, glass lid, quiet, front controls

Having purchased over a thousand coin-op washers and dryers, this is the first electronic controlled washer purchased. Will it be reliable? Time will tell. Mechanical timers cannot offer the many cycles this machine has. Since transmissions cause expensive problems, this direct drive motor might be a good thing. This motor is larger than normal. The perforations in the tub are small, might retain larger debris. Long reach to bottom of tub. Washer taller than normal to have large capacity. Soap And softener dispenser, nice

Over all I'm very happy with this product

I've only had this product a few weeks so I'm still in a learning curve. I really like the touch control panel and the see thru top. I'm not happy that it has a slight slant toward the front. I fold my clothes on the washer and dryer and like it flat instead. Also I often set laundry products( Shout etc.) on it for a short time. I don't like them sliding forward. I have had problems with twisting if I wash anything else with sheets. The off balance is very sensitive. Most times it rights itself but I have had to pause it once to move things around. (My last washer NEVER went off balance in 15 years). Clothes come out clean without too much water retention. It is VERY quiet. All in all I'm very happy with it.

No Frills and Easy as 1-2-3

I was in doubt at first when I had a glance of this washer at the store because this was not the brand I am eyeing at and not the brand I used to have and my relatives has. I read the features and quite convinced to give it a try. I immediately used it and voila! so very easy to use, the buttons and keys are easy to understand and choose from. And the best of all, the clothes came out clean while saving electricity and water at the same time. I'm glad I made the decision to buy this washer. I couldn't ask for more.

I bought this machine in March of 2014 and what a disappointment. I would love to have my old machine back. Even though it takes longer to wash the clothes in this new machine they do not come clean! Even the simplest of dirt does not come out. I wash them twice and use stain remover on the clothes and they are awful. Can't wait to get rid of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great washing and so quiet!

This machine beats my leaky, smelly, front load washer hands down. There are so many washing options and it is so quiet. Clothes wash great and spin much dryer than past washers. It has held huge loads with ease. Love this machine!
