Buyer beware!

I bought this washer 2 years 10 months ago and it has been diagnosed with major internal failure and is not cost effective to repair. I am aware that the average life expectancy of appliances can be less than 3 years no matter the brand name. Another one to the landfill, so sad!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this washer for a little over 2 years and I have already had to repair it twice. The first was for the pump that pumps the water out of the washer. Luckily that one came within the warranty period. Now the washer won't stop filling without me turning off the water at the source. Now I have to get it repaired again and this time I will have to pay for it. Oh and one last thing...two repair calls later, no one works on LGs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst washer that we have ever owned in our 37 years of marriage. Unless you have an entire day to do one load of wash, forget about ever getting it done. It constantly unbalances and continually rinses the load. I'm sorry we ever bought it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is impossible to do a load of laundry unless you have 2-4 hours of free time. This machine is a piece of junk! It constantly unbalances and is very difficult to complete a load of wash in a normal amount of time. I will never purchase an LG product again!

Sleek Looking Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Takes a long time to wash. (1.5 hours) I work outside and end up with a lot of dirt and oil on my clothes and the machine struggles to get the clothes clean.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use

We bought this washer and after the year was up it has a de error and just setting in my house i had to buy a new washer and lg dont stand by there product

Clothes never smelled very clean and washer always had a bad smell. The capacity was great and all the features but not enough to buy again.
