Not worth the hassel.

Bought this no less then 5 years ago. Ran fine for awhile. Now all I deal with is error code after error code. The main ones being OE and IE. No matter what I do to fix the problem it don't work. Now the drain pump won't run, yet nothing is wrong with it, power gets to it just fine. Washer will only do a gravity drain. It takes all day just to do one load of laundry because of how many times the error codes pop up. Also why does it say smart diagnostic washer, wifi capability if it can't do it and not set up for it?

I am happy with the washer with a few exceptions. For instance, on the cotton cycle, the washer does not produce enough water and the clothes don’t get real clean. Also, you have to make sure you regularly clean the washer with a special detergent so that it doesn’t smell musty. Other than that I’m happy with the washer. For the most part, it’s performing reliably for the past nine years.

If I could give it zero stars I would. It was in a home we bought. Always uneven loaded. Also during a cycle malfunctioned and emptied out onto our floor damaging the entire laundry room and the livingroom below.
