Excellent Washer for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer for 10 months and I am extremely pleased. I am truly shocked to read all unfavorable reviews. I truly wonder if these folks have checked the balance of the machine since installing it? This is a machine that endures a lot of vibration and so a tweaking of the adjustable legs may be needed periodically. My clothes get clean The drum is very big and I can wash nice big loads. My only complaint is that at 4'11" I had to buy a grabber to reach items at the bottom of the tub.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this washer 6 months. I've had MANY washing machines in my lifetime. This one is ABSOLUTELY the best yet. I love everything about it. It washes ANY size load; from small delicate things to my king-size quilt.
Pros: Style/Design, Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Extremely quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good looking microwave. The four speed vent fan clears things up fast. The range light lights up the stove top a lot better than I thought it would have. However the best thing about this microwave is that it's by far the quietest appliance I have in my kitchen. Being as it's 1100 watt, it's heats up everything I've put in very well and in less time.
Pros: Style/Design, Quality, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] our new television is a delight.. still finding different capabilities..
I love this washing machine. It takes really large loads of clothing. We have had it for 4 years and had no problems. yes - it can be hard to reach all the way down into the washer to unload it, and like my other he washer you need to put in a special detergent to tub clean it a couple times a year. And I leave the lid open when not in use. No issues with unbalanced loads - in fact it balances almost all my loads with centrifugal force. Been a great washer for us.
Pros: Performance
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible washer!

About 2 years ago my reliable 22-year-old Whirlpool washer finally broke. I purchased this LG washer. I didn't know it was possible to dislike an appliance this much. First, everything comes out of the washer very dry and wrinkled. Another reviewer posted a picture of wrinkled clothes that is accurate. The wrinkles are so deeply set it is almost impossible to get them out. I've tried putting soaking wet towels in the dryer before adding the clothes. I have even hung garments in the shower and fully soaked them then let them dry on hanger, but the wrinkles still show. Nothing works except strenuous ironing. Even my easy-care, no-iron items like Jersey knits have to be ironed. I almost never had to iron before I bought this washer. Second, it must have been designed by people who are over 6' tall. I am 5' 8" tall, and I can barely get the clothes out of the bottom of the machine. I have to use a step stool or stand on my tiptoes and drape myself over the front edge of the machine which actually hurts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
