[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's gunk all in the top and running the tub cleaning cycle doesn't reach that far up so it's impossible to clean.

To tackle this issue, we recommend manually cleaning the areas that the cycle can't reach. You can use a soft brush and a mixture of water and mild detergent to scrub the areas affected by the buildup. Our washer was 12 years old and when we saw all the features this unit offered, the price and the capacity we were sold. The washer out performs our old one and is so quiet. It evens plays music for you when the wash is done. Great unit.

I have only washed 2 loads with this washer so far but i am very pleased with it. It is very quiet and has a sleek design. I like to follow reviews before i make a purchase and these are so new there isnt any so i took a chance and so far i am glad i did.

I just got the washer recently and was amazed that it fit into our little tiny laundry room area. I love the controls being where I can reach them. The washer is quiet as can be. The door of the washer does not even slam! Plus, the size of the tub makes it to where you don't have to wash laundry often at all. Definitely this LG model is ahead of all the others.

I had a really old washing machine that didn't always spin out and was very loud. I love my new washer! It is very quiet, easy to use, and spins out everything very well. I also love the large capacity and can wash so much more than I ever could have before.

have a tight utility room and this fit just perfectly..so quiet - large capacity and has all the features needed for different types of clothes - love having the controls in the front - the large tub - and I am not that tall but I can easily reach in - leaves clothes so clean - also love the clear top and the option to fold back the door so tub gets aired and can dry - love the music when cycle ends - GREAT product....
