Goes “uneven” ALL THE TIME.

I’ve had this washer for years, got it new. About 75% of the time it goes “uneven”. Too many clothes, not enough, wrong mix of clothing weights combined together, it rarely matters. Uses more water as it TRIES to sort itself out, never helps. Just takes longer and uses more water.
Never getting a model with these “features” ever again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst washer ever!!!!!!

We have had this washer for 5 years and it has had issues from the very beginning. It has leaked, has constant error messages and has Uneven Loads no matter how many times we have reset it- even when we have professionals come to do it. For the past 6 weeks we have had the repair people here 4 times and have been able to use the washer for about 4 days total. We will never purchase an LG product again and we are spreading the word to our friends and family as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've suffered this washer for 7 years. It has continual problems with unbalanced loads and it was a relief when the washing cycle completed without stopping for an unbalanced load. Replacing the springs helped some but not enough. It was on a service contract but finally deemed irrepairable last month and I replaced it by a non-HE washer with a central agitator. I will never buy a HE top loader again.

This was a sleek looking washer, however, turned out to be the worst piece of junk we have ever bought as an appliance. It was always out of balance and refilling the tub with water for no logical reason. My wife wasted countless hours adjusting and readjusting the loads using countless gallons of water. It would seldom finish a load of laundry by itself

We have had this washer only a month. Had a front loader before. The controls are nice. I love the abilitiy to keep part of the top open so machine is airing when not in use. I have had some loads get out of balance but am catching on how to load certain larger items. The clothes come out spun really dry so it cuts down on drying time.
The clothes come out clean. So far we are pleased with this product but will know much better after a few months of use. So far I like it better than the front loader which required extensive repair a couple times which added to the initial expense of a high priced item.

I have owned this washer for just over a month. After reading previous reviews I was nervous about not being able to wash small loads and also loads being unbalanced, I can tell you I have had NO problems. If you follow the instructions in the manual you will be fine. I have not used all of the features yet but there seems to be a good amount. If you are looking for a super fancy steam washer, this isn't it, but if you are looking for a washer that can wash big, small, very soiled, lightly soiled, any type of load, is simple to use and not too expensive, this is it!
Pros: Performance, easy to use

Solid, well made, quiet washer

I'm not an expert on clothes washers. All I want is the thing to do it's job and not break down. This is my first HE washer and was surprised with how efficient and gentle it was. It has reduced my drying time by 30% to 40% with my old dryer. I love the style, stainless steel tub, ease of loading and removal and the display control. It's well balanced and hasn't moved an inch since I've had it. I've washed clothes, towels, bedding and rugs and has preformed like a trooper. I researched washers for two months before deciding on this one and I'm very happy I did.

I am very pleased with my new LG Washer. I purchased it because I had purchased the matching dryer in May and love it also. The only drawback has more to do with my height than the washer. I am 5'4" and the deep tub makes getting the last pieces of wash out a little difficult. Other than that I love this machine.
