This washer has one major flaw

After using this washer for about 5 months, our white clothes and towels are dingy, and the towels do not smell clean. We are using dry bleach in addition to the HE detergent. I wish we could go back to our agitator washer! As a washing machine, this product is a failure. Buy something else.
Oh what can I say about all the features on this machine! First of all the water options how it pre-measures based on the load itself, not only does it measure the water but you select one button and you can choose how long you want it to wash based on the pre-selected cycle.
Then the SUPER quality of the spin cycle! The clothes are practically dry when you take them from the machine because it pulls most of the water out so therefore it cuts down on the amount of drying time.
Last but not least the music it plays when it is done! How cool is that, technology has come along way and I would highly recommend this machine to anyone.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings
I read so many questionable reviews during my search for a replacement of my 10 year old front loader. Glad I didn't pay to much heed to the negative comments. Have not experienced any disappointment during any of the various loads, ranging from normal cotton to bulk loads. The noisest part of the wash cycle is caused by the discharge of wash water into the waste pipe, which is no fault of the machine. In addition, although taking somewhat longer to complete the wash cycle, the machine more than compensates by assuring shorter drying cycles. You are basically dealing with a centrifuge & the machines logic must be satisfied to safely accomodate the 1000rpm rate of rotation. In my opinion, absolutely no problem & will recommend this machine to anyone.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, great engineering, quiet, fun to observe the cleaning process
So far I love my new washer. What use to take me 4 or 5 loads of laundry a week now I can do in about 3 loads as the drum is so much larger than my last machine. Also it takes out so much water when it spins my clothes spends less time in the dryer. The only complaint I have on this machine is how long it takes to do a load of laundry. I usually help with the sorting so I think that speeds up the sensing process but not sure. I would recommend this washer to anyone.
I bought this washer 2 month ago and I don't have any complain with the way it is working, the cloth is clean, smell nice and the washer is nothing noise and I love it. You need to read the book and do that it say, I don't have any problem with errors. I feel very happy with my washer.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, no noise
Wonderful product! Great value. Love the features.

I absolutely LOVE this washing machine.. It saves water, energy, and time, and is so easy to use. Clothing is less wrinkled, and nothing is tangled as it was in my old agitator washer. I actually enjoy doing my laundry now. I also have the matching dryer.
We bought this washer in an emergency and rush, but end up being a good buy... I had a front load before (for 10 years) and never convince me, this one, I liked it since the first use, even the melody at start and finish we (even the kids) liked :)
