Great features and performance for the money.

This is my second washing machine and I was first attracted to its clever styling and design. After using it several times a week for the last few months, I am still very happy with its performance and build-quality. My only complaint and the reason I gave it four stars overall instead of five is because it tends to be a bit too smart for its own good. Meaning when washing bulky items such as blankets it has a tendency to give an off-balanced warning and then quit prematurely, forcing us to wash those items by hand. This is a self-preservation feature to prevent damage to the machine, but it is still frustrating. I would still easily recommend it to friends and family.

I love this washer. It is huge, tells how much longer the wash cycle will be, has many wash options, and even plays a pretty tune to notify you when it is done.

Easy to use & easy on water usage

The control on the front of the washer are simple to use with several options. The washer is super quiet & the clothes are just damp at the end of the wash cycle (excellent spin cycle). Would recommend this washer to anyone.

THIS IS THE FIRST LG WASHER AND LG DRYER, I HAVE NOT HAD A NEW WASHER AND DRYER IN 17 YEARS. AND I JUST LOVE THE LG PRODUCTS. THE WASHER IS EXCELLENT AND DRYER IS EXCELLENT TOO.

It's pretty simple to operate and the extra large capacity is nice for larger blankets and such! They look great and the fast spin speed saves time in the dryer!

It is not the largest but still large enough for king size quilts. My clothes smell clean, look clean, love the ability to air out the machine and the tub clean cycle. EXCELLENT VALUE.

The control panel is easy to understand. My son is a teenager with Aspberger's Syndrome (an Autism Spectrum Disorder). He can easily use the control panel and start a load of laundry himself without supervision. His 10 year old brother has no problems either, and actually volunteers to wash laundry for me. They both like to watch through the glass top and get a kick out of the "music" when it's turned on and when a load is done. Both have commented that the washer looks like a giant bread machine and it's "cool". Even friends who have used it love it! Washes like a dream!
