Everything I hoped for!

This is my first high efficiency washer, and I couldn't be more pleased. I love the controls in the front, I love the way it adjusts water level to the load, and mostly I love how I can wash twice as much laundry at one time with the high capacity tub. It's a great washing machine.

My clothes are SO CLEAN!

Everything smells and feels SO CLEAN!! Really, it makes a huge difference using a machine this good. I feel like soap isn't even necessary (still using it though). But really, it works that well. Oh, and the dryer is also awesome. I put in blankets and they are done in no time. Only problem, I'm short and this is a very tall washer. Need a stool.

Unlike HE front loaders that require my bending down to my knees to look inside for anything that might be left in the barrel, this HE top loader makes it easy to see if I missed any stray articles of clothing. Plus, no more stuffing in large loads like comforters and trying to get the door shut! Even my husbands greasy mechanics clothes come out super clean! Not to mention it looks really great, so futuristic.It does everything, even water level and load size to balancing itself. I was really hesitant about trying a different brand after 24 years ( and 4+ washers) of loyalty to another big name brand, but, this has convinced me to stick with LG. I have used it constantly since installing and my only complaint is I'm out of things to wash!

Great features and does everything I need

The design is what drew me to this particular model. After reading reviews, seeing the unit in a retail store and finding out about the 10 year motor warranty, I was sold. You'll read from many how much longer it may take to go through a cycle with this washer. However, it does such a great job on spinning out the water, it takes much, much less time to dry. I've had the unit a month and have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. When my old dryer dies, I'll definitely consider the 'companion' model!

Couldn't be happier with the washer. It cleans great. Can't believe how much better it cleans than my old washer. Clothes come out clean, fresh and almost dry. Controls are easy to use and very user friendly. Plenty of room for all of our washing needs as a family of four. Highly recommend.

I love the features and the look. I do have to stand on a stool to empty the washer, but that is not a problem. Clothes come out very clean. Love the happy little tune when the cycle is finished. :-)
