[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer in February, 2014 and it worked flawlessly. Frequently, the machine would signal that the clothes were unbalanced and we would have to rearrange the clothes in the tub. March 1, 2023 the washer pump broke. At that point, we decided to invest in a new LG front load washing machine.

Uneven load on all loads with non cotton clothes

There is a sticker that says do not wash water resistant clothing. All athletic wear seems to cause uneven loads when doing spin cycle. Seems like they turned a product defect into a sticker note. My wife hates this washer, cause every load tries to balance for hours. Waste of money. Huge water consumption on “unbalance recovery”

Worst washer I've owned: unbalanced loads

This washer came with a house I bought and is hands-down the absolute worst washer I've ever owned. I would say 40-60% of the time it decides loads are unbalanced and displays the dreaded "UE". The washer then refills all the way to the top as much as 3 times before it gives up entirely.
Washing clothes wastes tons of water, requires me to stand over it to manually rebalance, and often leaves me with a pile of sopping wet clothes.
I now doubt LG as a brand because this washer is so terrible.

Looks good, great capacity but the uneven load mode would go off constantly. Laundry would take hours do to refilling water and reshuffling items inside manually. Eventually became unusable after a few years due to this issue. Do not buy this model!
