Excellent features

I'm a "senior citizen" who lives alone and laundry is not one of my favorite chores. I have many high tech devices in my home and use them regularly, but this is my first venture into high tech appliances. I am very satisfied with the experience,though.
I love the many optional features available. When I need to do a load quickly, there's the speed wash option. My daughter often needs heavy bedding washed and has had to spend several $$$ to do them in the past at public laundromats because her machine can't accommodate the larger loads. Mine now can,easily!!!
In the past I usually threw everything in together,regardless of color or fabric type and probably paid a price for that with color bleed in and wear and tear on delicate fabrics. Now I use the numerous options to avoid these problems. You're never too old to learn!
I haven't had any problems so far,but you can be assured that I will use the smartphone diagnostic option if I ever do.I love the fact that this is available, even if it lies in my future.
As I said, I hate doing laundry. I never thought I'd love a machine that could do it,but this one makes that chore so much more bearable for me.

Having lived a long life and owned many a washers, I never thought that I would fine a washing machine that would completely satisfy me, that is until my purchase of an LG Large Capacity top loader washer. I have never had my clothes come so clean, and smelling so fresh!! Not only is it efficient, but quite and very easy to operate. Priced right, looking good, easy to operate and on top of all that--- energy efficient!! What more can I say., O YEAH, buy one.

Frequent uneven loads

Every 2nd or 3rd load gets uneven. Have tried changing the contents of the load and different cycles and nothing helps. Very disappointed in this washer so far.

I bought the washer because of the price, savings I would get, and the features. It is very easy to use my kids love the technology. Since my laundry room is upstairs I love the silence and no vibration.

Was leery of high efficiency washers, but this one gets the job done. My wife said she only wished it would put the clothes in the dryer for her.

I am totally impressed with this machine, it is easy to use with great features and functionality. It is easy to maintain and very efficient. The cold wash feature is great since I save on using hot water. Terrific

This machine has some nice features

This machine is large capacity and has some great features. I like the signal when the cycle has ended. I like the front control panel, easy to use, with a lot of options available. It is sleek-looking, too.
I'm getting accustomed to the longer wash cycles but feel it is energy/water efficient.
I have some issues with "unbalanced loads", particularly with sheets and towels, but am trying different options to rectify that.
