HAVE ONLY HAD THE WASHER FOR A FEW MONTHS BUT SO FAR IT'S BEEN GREAT. LIKE THE CONTROLS IN FRONT AND ONLY DOWN FALL IS REACHING ALL CLOTHING DO TO SHORTNESS
This is by far the BEST washing machine I have ever owned. I bought this LG washing machine because of the LG quality and once again they out did themselves. Its washes the cloths so good and the best thing is you don't even know the washing machine is running and gets the clothes so clean. My son is needing new washing machine and is getting one just like this. I would recommend this washing machine to anyone!
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
This machine is very easy to use and the manual provided explains clearly how to use and refer to any questions which might occur. It is so quiet and doesn't vibrate like my front loader did. It's ability to efficiently use water volume is great. The loads may take a bit longer, but they are always clean. I've been very happy with this washer.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
The only fault I have is the time it takes to go through a wash cycle, but it does leave them very dry so the dryer has them for less time. I think it cleans well, but we have a farm and are used to some stains never coming out. We looked at other washers and talked to people and this machine was the best.
It is a very quiet washer, cleans great with less water. It has a large enough tub to do a big, heavy quilt with ease. Was easy to figure out how to run. All in all I say a great washer, at a reasonable price
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
I've been using a front loader for several yrs but recently moved and was forced to buy a top loader bc of space issues. This washer does not wash clothes cleans. I use the same spot treatment that Ive always used and even then, the stains don't come out. I find myself hand washing all our underwear after running them in the washer. Oh and I don't like that I can't really customize the cycles they way I want to. If you watch the machine while it's running you can see that the clothes on top don't even get wet, let alone actually get washed. Taking out the agitator is the worst idea ever if you ask me
Originally purchased another brand and within a week sent it back. Replaced that one with this LG and am very satisfied. Quiet, efficient and well worth the cost. If there is a drawback its the depth of the drum, my wife is short and has a hard time retrieving clothes from the bottom, a small stool solved this problem.
