Great features, love the clear view glass, does a great job cleaning, just the right amount of load options. Pretty quiet. No problems whatsoever. It looks nice too. I wish I could have replaced the dryer, too, so I'd have a matching set.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
As with any new "technological" equipment, I was fearful of messing up. The directions were easy to understand and I actually got excited about a new washer. For a single person, this is fantastic in handling load sizes, time appropriate for washing and I love, love the "keyboard up front!!! Very, very pleased with the purchase.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, quiet
I give this washer a overall rating of zero. Clothes still come out dirty. After watching to find out why it does not clean, found that clothes put on top of load never even get wet in the wash. do not buy this product, I will be selling it and getting another brand washer.
This washer is a terrific improvement over our previous washer. It is user friendly, using less water, is quieter and can hold a larger batch of clothes.
Our washing time has been reduced as we can do our week's wash in 3 loads. Our old washer required at least four loads and most of the time five.
Drying time on our new companion gas dryer gets the same rave reviews. It takes a larger load and is quieter than our old gas dryer.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
My 13+ year old washer bit the dust so I had to get a new one. This washer was the 4th ranked top-load HE washer and also ranked as a best value by Consumer Report so we checked it out. I had wanted a front loading washer but it wouldn't have fit in my laundry room because of clearance needed by the laundry room door. I couldn't be happier!! My clothes are coming out so much cleaner than before. They are drying much faster now also. The self-determining water level makes me feel better when I have to do a smaller load. It appears to be very flexible as far as what types of loads you are doing, also. The lack of the center column that was present in my old washer is a definite plus. I no longer have things that get caught in the agitator and either get stretched out or start unraveling! The fact that it needed special HE detergent threw me at first, but nowadays it appears the vast majority of detergents are HE so it's not a problem - nor a big price increase. The almost best part is the fact that I no longer have to guess if the load is done. Not only do I get a minute countdown display if I happen to be passing by; I get a pretty little melody when the load is finished. One of my other favorite features is the fact that I can put a load in at night and set the machine to wash it the next morning so that it's finished when I get up and I can then immediately hang clothes outside should I so chose. The only downside is that I have to stand on tippy-toes to reach small things on the bottom when they're finished, such as socks etc. Somebody suggested I get one of those extension grabber thingies (very technical term - I know....) but so far I can get things out on my own. I would recommend this washer to anybody. I'm very pleased with it!

For the first few months we were happy with the washer. It has gone down hill from there. We are constantly checking on the status of the wash. It literally takes us 24 hours to do a load of laundry. Don't put enough in and it stops put too much in and it stops. Some times stops in the spin out cycle and some times stops when the water is at full level. There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason. We purchased this washer machine back in April of 2013. We have not had it for a full two years and we are about ready to dump it. We will go back to the old school washer with no bells and whistles. They seem to last the longest.
