Wow - This Washer is Amazing

I am so delighted that I purchased this washer. It rinses so well all of my clothes come out now brighter than ever! I love that the handle on the lid folds in for two reasons, 1) We have cabinets above our washer and if it didn't fold in we'd be unable to fully open the washer, and 2) we were advised to keep the lid open to ensure the washer always dries out after use to prevent mold, well with this handy feature there's no need to keep the lid up just keep the handle folded in instead. I was concerned about the electronic buttons and what everything meant & the time it would take me to learn how to use the machine, but it is so very user friendly. You'd be hard pressed to get confused or enter the wrong cycle. I was amazed at how small my King Sized Comforter looked inside the washer, there is so much space in there! My husband was also pleased with the Direct Drive Motor, he's a motor and controls specialist and he said the Direct Drives are the way to go because there are fewer parts in that type of motor so they last much longer. This really has been a perfect buy for our family. It really does everything they tell you and it was fun the first couple times to watch it clean our loads.

This was a store pickup. Super easy to setup. Wife read the control manual and within a half hour doing first load. Had a auto balancing system, that made me look good on the setup. I really did nothing for it to operate the way it does. Very quiet as it goes thru the cycles. Incredibly user friendly and cleans like a high quality appliance should. It is replacing a 17 year old Maytag. Very satisfied with the replacement.

BUY THIS WASHER

We've had this washer for a few week now. This washer is AMAZING! I do ALOT of laundry with having 3 children under the age of 6 and I can tell you based on the quality of this washer that it will withstand our massive mountains of clothes. And our clothes seem much cleaner then when using our previous washer. I couldn't be happier with our decision.

Better than my front loader!

Not only can you fit more and I mean lots more but you can also pause and add clothes to the wash with ease...unlike a front loader! So very glad I changed! Its a great product!!!!!!

Excellent one draw back

We are very pleased once we got used to the functions as opposed to our old very traditional washing machine. Noticed a drop in water consumption all around energy efficiency and so quiet hardly know it is on. The wash comes out so dry, the clothes dryer cycled is much shorter. One draw back is the height and inside depth, one member of our family being vertically challenged has a hard time removing the wash we solved that by getting a grabber hand. Otherwise we are very happy.

This Product has the best in it's class

This is the first L G product that i have bought so far we are very happy with it. We had tried another brand but was not satisfied with the noise level so we decided to give L G a try very glad that we did.

While it was on cleaning machine function (nothing put into machine), it stopped and said that it was unbalanced.
Clothes are not rubbed together to get stains out as good as when I had a machine with an agitator.
I like the design and it's easy to use, but it could be improved. I would probably recommend a newer more refined model. This was is acceptable, but not stellar.
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
