LOOOOVE IT!!!!

When I started shopping for a new washer and dryer I knew two things, I did not want a front load and I did not want an LG. Thankfully, I listened with an open mind to my salesman because I LOVE this washer. Some days I feel like I could just hug it!! All the things that people say are wrong with the new top loads like it doesn't use enough water, no agitator cannot get your clothes clean, all that is not true with this washer. My clothes and especially my towels come out clean and fresh. But the best part is the size, it is HUGE. I am gonna have to buy more clothes so I'll have enough to wear between loads of laundry. This is by far the best washer I have ever owned.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, five stars
I would recommend this to a friend!

Top Load versus Front Load

1. I love the way my clothes seems so much cleaner.
2. I love the lid that opens part way so the machine airs out between uses.
3. The only thing I haven't gotten used to is how much longer it takes to do a load. Most of it is due to the fact I always choose an additional rinse.
4. Otherwise I wouldn't trade it for anything.
Pros: Style/Design, Quality

Big Loads, Little Water, Great
on October 12, 2013

I had a front-load washer before and didn't like the fact that I always had to wipe down the rubber seals and keep the door open to dry it out. When I saw this one at the store, I knew that it was for me - no rubber seals to wipe and the lid has a method where you can fold it back and it's closed but part of it is open to let moisture out and air in. That was the final deciding factor -- that little feature with the door. The drum is very big so now we wash two loads at a time. It uses less water which bothers some people. My friend said that she wants to see LOTS of water. Period. Well, I live in Phoenix, and the less water the better - as long as it washes clothes clean, which it does. I am very very happy with this product. But whoever buys it has to make sure that they have room as it's a little bigger and you have to be able to open the lid which is quite large. So low-hanging cabinets may present a problem.
Pros: Performance, easy to use

Awesome washing machine!

I love this washing machine. It is sleek looking and functions amazingly. My only "complaint" is that I am short and it's hard to get into the machine to get clothes out but it is worth the trade off because it has a large capacity. It functions beautifully and my clothes come out clean and fresh smelling, which is what a washing machine should do but my last few didn't do that!

The front control panel is not desirable.
on October 13, 2013

The front control panel is vulnerable to spills from laundry products being used. It is also vulnerable to debris from articles being washed . It is vulnerable to scratches from buttons on other item on clothing being washed and from clothing worn by operator as he/she leans over to unload the clothing from the very deep laundry tub. The front control panel is just not a good idea
The front control panel is being marketed as an asset for short people. It is true that a short person can reach it easily. However, when it comes to unloading the washer it actually makes it harder to get articles out of the bottom of the washer as it is further to bend over with this in the front of the washer.
Pros: Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Technology makes wash day a breeze - bought the dryer as a pair and love them both! I do have to really stretch to get to the bottom of the drum but I am only 5'1"

Excellent machine, but a little pricey.

This machine is well made, quiet, and has lots of nice features. The instruction manual is lacking in that it does not tell how to use non-chlorine liquid bleach. Being new to high efficiency washers, I did not know what to expect as the machine went through the cycles. This is a very complex machine! I am well pleased, and look forward to many years of trouble free use.

Great washer with a few caveats
on October 15, 2013

Washer does a very good job cleaning clothes though the cycles are long and the amount you can wash at one time is questionable. Many features and choices. One negative for my wife, who is 5'2" ...she has a very difficult time reaching the bottom of the washer to retrieve cleaned cloths.
