This dryer works great with one exception.

The only feature I do not like about the dryer is the lint filter. There is a cloth like strip around the filter. The lint is hard to get off of it, Screen is good. If that strip could be changed to a rubber like surface where the lint would not cling to it, it would be a vast improvement.

This dryer has been very reliable for the two years we've owned it. It operates very smoothly and is quite. Clothes come out dry and not damp. Easy to operate and has several settings. Would buy another LG dryer or other LG
products. Have not had any service work done on any of our LG products that we now own so don't know how that part of owning a LG appliance would go, but would think it
would go without any problems.

Dryer dries perfectly

Set the dryer for the wrong cycle, shut it off, restarted and it was ready to go, instead of the computer resetting itself.
Every load I have done on different settings/cycles has been perfect. I can pull dried clothes out mid cycle after pausing, shut the door and it continues instead of me reentering the cycle I was using.
Love the drum capacity.
I can always assume that the clothes will be dry, shirts unwrinkled and towels fluffy.
Never had to adjust the load to level it as I have had to do in the past.
I have the end cycle signal on. I love the fact that it gives the signal and then goes quiet.
This machine does what a dryer should do -Dries quietly and efficiently. Love it!

I have only had the dryer couple months and very pleased with it. Will take a large load, clothes are always dry when finished. Very happy with this purchase.

It takes less time than our replaced dryer. The slanted top is not good for folding clothes. The sensor shuts the dryer off too soon on some loads. Overall we are satisfied.
