Pros: easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a problem with the dryer not heating. The extended warranty we purchased fixed it, but only after being without the dryer for over a month. What should have been a simple fix required 3 appointments. I'd avoid this model at all costs.

Difficult to Load

I chose this dryer to go with the washer as a set. I was disappointed because with all the bells and whistles, there is no sensor that allows you to set it to just dry the clothes until they are dry. I have yet to have a load be completely dry regardless of how long it runs. The washer is the main issue... I am 5 ft 2" tall, and can not reach in to unload the laundry without using a stool. Then I have to unload onto the lid of the dryer and then into the dryer from there, which makes it very difficult it is to load. The dryer I had before the lid pulled down, allowing you to put the clothes on the lid from the washer and pulling them out onto the lid when you were done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
